People first.
Technical expertise always.
A focused recruitment consultancy for employers who care about hiring well, not just hiring quickly.
Meet Chris Beazley
Top Tech Talent is a founder-led recruitment business based in Tunbridge Wells. Chris brings more than two decades of experience connecting employers with people who can make a meaningful contribution.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the problem the employer is solving, speak to candidates properly, assess evidence and communicate clearly at every stage.
What we stand for
We believe the best recruitment decisions consider capability, judgement, culture and realistic expectations. We're happy to challenge a brief constructively when something is likely to make a good hire harder. You should know who is handling your vacancy and how the search is progressing.
Local office. Wider reach.
Our business location is Pluto House, Vale Avenue, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1DJ. We work with employers in Kent, London and across the UK. Our only office is in Tunbridge Wells, with recruitment support for employers further afield. Contact us to arrange a conversation.
Good recruitment starts with trust.
